It's a contract year. McKivitz is playing for his next team as we won't be able to afford him. Teams seem to love our mediocre linemen then again McGlichey left and is now considered a borderline elite right tackle.

And the strength of schedule always changes because there's always a handful of teams that look awful the previous season that make a big jump in quality and become a hard squad to beat (we too, in theory, could be one of those teams as well).
Player development will be the story this season imo. If we continue to rely so heavily on the same people, we ain't doing shyt
