I LIVE IN A CARDBOARD BOX!
:mjlol: that wasn't necessary at all

It's like in Robocop when ED-209 lights up Mr. Kenny and someone screams ":damn: WILL SOMEBODY CALL A PARAMEDIC?!?" it's like ":what: Really? What's the point in doing that?"

But seriously, that scene where Carlo is on the phone and turns around and Michael steps out of the darkness and says "You have to answer for Santino, Carlo. :birdman:" That scene is just :banderas:.

":to: Mike, please-"
" Get out of my sight!"

:wow:

It's crazy how you see Al starting out like that and what his style eventually too:dead:

You can read his eyes the whole time and even in that scene where dumbass Fredo said he Johnny Ola took him a place

I think one of my favorite scenes is when he has that meeting with Moe Green.

"You straightened my brother out? :demonic:"

Before that line, Mike had the intention of just meeting with a stubborn, hard headed casino owner, but after that line, Mike had the intentions of meeting with a stubborn, hard headed casino owner...and then later, have his people come back and mess up his glasses.

Moe was a dead man walking.

Random shyt but my first exposure to message boards was a Godfather fan site. I was shocked as a lil kid that you could get so many new talking points from 2 movies and a book.

I really think I should find time to read that book finally.

I use to post on one of those Godfather forums back in the day. I read the book in high school and was obsessed about mafia history. I did a book report and research paper on it and everything in high school

Yeah Moe was and its crazy I just caught on the Hyman Roth shyt in the sequel with his reasoning for the hit on Mikes house and how he never asked questions about who hit Moe Greene

Everybody underestimated Mike, he figured out how to kill Sollozo instantly.

Then went to Sicily and found himself a ride or die chick, Appolonia :wow:

Another book tidbit: Mike gets back at the guard who betrayed him as well

That was in the epic actually...

The introduction of Hyman Roth in part 2 was something I like from the epic.

One of my fav scenes in the trilogy. The way he got that confession was too smooth...

"Just don't tell me you had nothing to do with it... because it insults my intelligence."

Innocent PYT :ohlawd: Hate it had to be her :to:

They needed the Corleones because they had control of judges in NY which meant u could get away with anything.
Exactly.. even after Sonny was merked and Mike was hiding out in Sicily, they had that follow up meeting with all the bosses from all over the US and Corleone bowed down and initiated the drug game as long as nobody touched his remaining sons Mike and Fredo.. notably Michael
