Yeah the CEO sees it’s fukking up their money. Families are spending $650 a night to take their kids to Great Wolf Lodge in LaGrange over just dropping 30 bucks and going to White Water right up the street.

It has everything to do with the Six Flags brand being seen as not family friendly.
:ehh:Took my girl and niece out to Great Wolf Lodge a couple of months ago. It’s way out and away from the nonsense I’d probably have to deal with at white water. Had a good time.

Bruh my wife won’t even consider taking the kids to Six Flags White Water at this point. I’m gonna end up taking them on my own when they get a little older just because I think they may enjoy it and I have a natural scowl that keeps fukkery at bay.

People are showing they will spend money to not have to deal with ignorance.

So Cal
Yeah this is just gentrification of leisure. LCDs and their spawn in the community literally ruin every aspect of life for EVERYONE including other people in their race, be them cholos, white trash or nikkas so across the boards the people want to price them out.

I've always wanted the stupid to be separated from the general population, they cause the bulk of the outright fukkery, not the injustice, systemic issues, but the compounding/raising of the stakes, and that alone is enough for me to not want you to be able to move near me

Me and my friends had a season pass but we weren’t there every damn day. We would go, ride some shyt, play X-Men Children of the Atom, eat, and bounce for a couple weeks.

You need people in there buying food, souvenirs, playing the rigged games, etc….to make money. These folks in Atlanta just be in there sitting in the walkways talking shyt and acting a fool.

There is a reason them teen hangout spots are disappearing. The teens don’t bring any revenue and everyone else is shopping online.
That's the other reason why you have to be there The Hoes are gonna be there, Six flags is probably the last place in the A were young nikkas can develop their hollering skills.

Yeah but the money in the game rooms came with kids with money, The day of the teenage millionaire drug dealer is over and kids would pack into game rooms, roller skating rinks malls and teen oriented night clubs.

The money dried up and with the internet you can't have maybe 4 or 5 kids dying at a place in a year and the place not be seen as a menace.
which six flags is close to the hood?
The one we are talking about.

Why not just impose an age limit for teens without a parent or guardian?

As a person that has been taking my kids to six flags for years (always got season passes outside of covid 2020 and 2021 and had a dad who took me and my sibling to six flags/great America (chicago) every summer (he also would get season passes for us). I say the CEO is full of shyt.

Dude did raised the prices to make money and he is making excuses. Raising prices had nothing to do with teenagers just like him getting rid of the meal plans had nothing to do with teenagers.

There was a time where you could get a meal plan for 150 bucks with the season pass and be able to eat 2 meals (with a desert and unlimited drinks) every visit. That shyt is gone now. Now the meal plan with a season pass is you pay 40 bucks and can only eat 4 meals. After that you got to pay 40 bucks again for 4 meals).

They have also cut hours. The hours in the summer use to be 10 am to 10 pm or 11 pm. Now the hours in the summer have been cut 2 to 4 hours in terms of closing depending what state you are in.

So you are paying more but have less time to spend at the park.

Finally it is really bull saying he is doing this to not have teenagers and poor people at the park. Since the closer it gets to the end of summer and school to start back the cost for one day tickets and season tickets decrease each few weeks. I mean here in Dallas single day tickets are like 60 bucks once school lets out for the summer and get all the way down to 29 bucks as school gets ready to start in August. I mean loud mouth CEO why are you dropping prices if you not trying to have po folks at the park?

The CEO is a loud mouth and a dumb ass.

Also its night and day in terms of the amount of people at six flags compared to covid. This summer I have gone to the one in Chicago, St. Louis and Dallas. I been to both many times before covid.

After covid its night and day the attendance. Folks just ain't packing amusement parks post covid as they did before. So places like Six Flags were going to have to up the cost no matter what. One thing I have noticed is the wait for rides is like 10 times better now. I remember before covid there were rides you may have had to wait 45 minutes, 1 hour or 1 hour plus to ride. Now you are lucky it takes between 5 minutes to 15 minutes to get on a ride.

I was gonna bring Great Wolf Lodge but I didn't think anyone else knew or heard about it.

I went last year and you can get alcohol served up poolside.

And with the amount of tattoos and people that were proud of their body...I'm surprise more shyt doesn't pop off.
