Lmao. As far as big box retailers Target’s customers probably have the highest average income. I live in Chicago and most new residential/retail developments in wealthier parts of town will have a Target as its anchor. The reason it seems incomprehensible to you is that people with money don’t actually view the question of which retailer they’ll go to as a way to signal their income level. You saying you consider it like an “old Kmart” is just a silly attempt to flex lmao.

Well let me tell you a little secret. I go to all of those stores Walmart, Kmart, and Target. They are all on the same level to me. Nothing about them are upscale, fancy, or specialized. What you can get at one, you can get at the other for the most part. Only difference between them evidently is that you think one is more upscale than the other.
Also, my statement was not a flex about my income. It was just a pure statement of my opinion about the stores mentioned.
