If your girl got big on you please please encourage her to start taking some steps in the right direction. If you need to go to the park together and walk after work for half an hour and chit chat about the day do that. If your girl has a job where she sits all damn day long that extra 3 lb that she's going to keep per year will add up and eventually your patience will run out.

That or by the time you say something about it she will be so indignant that she will rebel against saving her own life because she doesn't want to do what you say.
