Where have I ever said a man should not look after his child? I'm all for 50/50 custody but the courts are not, see with 50/50 custody there is no child support payments being paid.
And I'm sure you have no problem with these ridiculous child support payments men have to pay.
The out of control out of wedlock birth rate is due to black women being sexually irresponsible with a limited group of men. That's why there are more single mothers in the black community than single fathers (almost 2:1 ratio).
If you're going to talk about an issue, do the knowledge first.

She gets the money. Not the courts, not some financial agency, the woman.
I have to pay a woman, money, so that Im able to see a child that's MINE.
I can pay for whatever the child needs, WITHOUT giving the money to the woman. Why does SHE need the money? She's not my child, my CHILD needs the things I can provide, and it's clear I can provide them, because I'm being ordered to pay the money!

I maintain that "no fault" divorce is one of the worst things to have ever been implemented in the judicial system.

That's what I'm saying breh, imagine if you was 15/16 and somebody walked up to you and said "Hey young blood, you get $1,400 to spend on your upkeep every month"
Youd have a closet full of shyt you didn't need and a brand new car sitting in the driveway.
Kids don't need that much money, kids don't have bills like that.
That's the big reason I'm delaying getting married.
Because if I woke up to goto work one day knowing that I have to hand over $1,400 to a woman that I'm not with, just so she can spend it on herself and hand me bills for the child, that I can't fukking see, I would honestly rather be in jail on a charge.
i remember my godson mom was getting like 500 a month in child support, that was straight going to rent

So, what, are you going to pay the child directly, or have some institution pay the child directly? ("Here lil 3 y/o maurice, here's your 500$ payment for the month. Make sure you dont spend it all at chuck e cheese now"). If the mother is physically raising your child how on earth do you bypass her in this process?

There's no need to deflect here...Im directly talking about men in this very thread who find outrage over having to take care of the children they create, and in my estimation it seems reflective of a larger issue. Say what you want about this mythical, evil, black woman strawman you've created, but whatever mistakes were made in the creation process they are almost always committed to raising and taking care of their children.

The problem a lot of guys here are focused on is that marriage will fail. They're not giving credit to their own abilities to make a marriage work
How is that possible when more then likely both parents will be working.
