The questions answer themselves. Your children's overall expenditure exceeds the amount you will EVER pay in child support. Your kid needs food clothing shelter. All that cost money. They also need time. Someone's got to wake up and wash your kids get them ready for school prepare their meals sit with them to do home work. Their dirty clothes need water electricity and detergent to wash them. Kids grow quickly out of clothes. They need furniture in their bedroom. If they get sick how many days are YOU taking off work to watch them while baby moms goes to work. How many days a week are you picking them up or dropping them off at school. Whose taking them to go to the hospital dentist soccer practice? The gas in the car to power it to get to those places... Whose paying for that? Whose spending time to cook dinner every single night for your kids to eat? Whose paying for the electricity to power the stove lights microwave etc to make those dinners? How much of your time will you dedicate every single day in between looking at girls on Instagram to do this?

You'll got your kids for four days a month. This is life for single mothers everyday. Oh but that weekend you want to chill with your boys...you staying home be a father? You met a new chick...you telling her you can't go out because you got your kids that weekend?

How do you separate the cost to raise a kid like that? I get the sentiment of not wanting the CS to go to material items for the woman. That said, parsing it down to the use of utilities is a little much.
