Yeah same here, I grew up in New York and they were damn near mandatory to get them K-12. I think college some people could get away with it, but you would be very restricted to do anything at school

People I know outside the Coli, whether they got the Vaccine or not are weary of the quickness of how the Vaccine was brought to the public, and looked at as a billion dollar cash grab with mixed results. They are ok with taking TB, Flu shots, Hepatitis B, etc etc, but have their reservations with the current Vaccine. Whether or not you feel that way, as an NBA player it should not be an option. Thybulle would have to take it no questions asked. That is the profession he chose, and whatever rules they give out, he has to follow :yeshrug:

:bryan:It's like 95-99% successful at preventing hospitalization and death. fukk are you talking about "mixed results"? Some of y'all are just retarded as fukk with the stuff y'all type on here. Just say you're skeptical despite all the evidence that tells you that you shouldn't be skeptical and leave it at that. Just say "I don't trust the numbers" don't lie about these things.

We just thought that was how shyt went everywhere else, so us needing to get our vaccines was just something we needed to do so we could participate in gym class. If you weren't participating in gym class or couldn't try out for stuff, we all knew why, confidentiality be damned. Parents will question everything our dumbasses did. If you failed your classes cuz you were a dumbass, your moms would blame the school. If your kid acted up in class, your parents blamed the other kid. When it came to getting vaccines and paperwork done and all that, regardless of what you or I wanted, we were gonna get them shots, no matter how many there were, no questions asked. Parents questioned everything-- except vaccine requirements. If all it took were shots to get you in school (and away from them for 8+ hours every weekday for 9 months) it was a reasonable gamble.

As for Matisse, where was all this holistic knowledge when his mans was out with back issues? No exclusive Chinese medicines for Ben? Holistic medicine is for the mind, body and soul. Ben checked off every box. Where were you Matisse?

honestly imo it’s because most parents, especially of the older generations, weren’t gonna let some shots get in the way of education. Vaccines were just part of being able to attend school. Parents weren’t about to homeschool either.

He will if Philly loses. Unlike Thybulle, Kyrie is polarizing in that he's the most popular basketball player in NY vax or no vax. Matisse is only gonna have but so many people left in his corner if he's a reason why they lose.

Think he’s on the first thing smoking along with Doc and Tobias if they lose.

A "holistic household" practicing "chinese medicine" :mjlol:

Meanwhile China damn near throwing people down on the street and forcing them to take "chinese medicine" :mjlol:

Dumbest part about that shyt is that Chinese medicine was dead and forgotten by the early 1900s, then genocidal Mao forced it back into prominence solely because he couldn't afford to provide modern medical care for more of his population and wanted the Chinese people to adopt something non-Western. Now it's one of the top killers of rare wildlife for bullshyt fake cures and literally increases the spread of disease.

Chairman Mao Invented Traditional Chinese Medicine. But He Didn’t Believe in It.

Unlike Mikulski, however, Mao was under no illusion that Chinese medicine—a key component of naturopathic education—actually worked. In The Private Life of Chairman Mao, Li Zhisui, one of Mao’s personal physicians, recounts a conversation they had on the subject. Trained as an M.D. in Western medicine, Li admitted to being baffled by ancient Chinese medical books, especially their theories relating to the five elements. It turns out his employer also found them implausible.

“Even though I believe we should promote Chinese medicine,” Mao told him, “I personally do not believe in it. I don’t take Chinese medicine.”
Ignore modern medicine in favor of a genocidal maniac's cynical obsession brehs. :francis:

This dumbass actually took one shot and then just didn't take the other :mjlol:

Disappointing as fukk. So he admits that he was completely ignorant about how vaccines work and didn't do any research (Pfizer was open about 95% effectiveness, not 100%, from the very beginning), and then he decides not to get the 2nd vaccine because....of what exactly? Does he avoid wearing seatbelts because they're not 100% effective either?

The worst part of him saying he's just going to treat naturally if he gets it is that he's saying he doesn't care about transmission, while the entire point of the vaccine mandates is to reduce transmission for the sake of public health.

I love Thybulle's game and it's definitely extra valuable in the playoffs but low key I believe there were quite a few games in the regular season where Thybulle had a negative plus/minus while the other starters were all in the plus.

If anything, this could be a good thing as it forces Doc to at least try something different with his rotations after two games.

Philly gonna have a tough series either way. They lost the regular season match-up 3-1. :lupe:

Thybule would be very effective against the Raptors, they're a team that struggle in the half court game. You could put him on Van Vleet or Siakam to match his quickness and the Raptors would have no chance.

I'm honestly disappointed as he's a high IQ player. There's almost 5 billion people that are fully vaccinated worldwide. The vaccine is safe period! Even if you were to argue that we don't know about its long term effects...the point is mute because it's known the vaccines effectiveness diminishes a lot with time. So really if you didn't feel any negative side effects within the initial period the probability that something will happen to you 3-5 years down is very low.

If the team loses, it will be because of James Harden. This is just an easy scapegoat for Harden and Morey to use as a reprieve after it’s over.
