Honestly, it's good to see someone stand on their principles, and he doesn't seem disingenuous either, as he at least got some sort of vaccination.

Let's be real too, if he was a low-end rotation player, nobody would give a damn. Let's keep that same energy here.
Principles :russ:

Breh convinced himself of something no expert/doctor ever said and then doubled-down on dumb instead of learning even the most basic facts about the vaccine. It’s typical anti vaxxer logic and nothing is admirable about it all.
Matisse got the first round of the shot and then just never went back for round two? I don’t really get what his perspective was there? He learned something between shots that made him not want to follow through on #2? This isn’t like not getting a booster, he just gave up on the process mid way through I guess
I don't understand the thought process behind getting one dose and not going back and getting the 2nd
He somehow thought the first dose would make him 100% immune and bailed on the second one when reality didn’t line up with his thoughts.

"I didn't bother to educate myself on something because I'm stupid, so I'm going to make another stupid decision rather than learning from that experience and continuing to educate myself on shyt I don't understand or know anything about" - Another Dumb Person

he said he thought it made him completely immune to Covid :mjlol:

Dumb ass logic regardless..you got 1, might as well just ride it out since you went against your Chinese medicine ethics anyway :dead:

At one point, it was being spread by the experts.

Antivaxxers would not have gotten any shots at all.

I won’t knock Thybuille for getting one shot. That was actually the policy in the UK for a while to get the population somewhat vaccinated before handing out the second dose.

It didn’t work, mind you.

They had a longer dose schedule than the US did and recommended a longer wait between first and second dose of the Pfizer/Moderna vaccines. They were actually proven right about this pre-Omicron. Countries that had extended dose schedules ended up having better results than those with shorter ones.

They also were greatly reliant on the AstraZeneca vaccine which only required one dose. That vaccine became less used over time because of relatively higher risk of blood clots compared to the MRNA vaccines.

His mom was a naturopath per his wikipedia, so I guess that explains part of his skepticism.

Both ways, the guy got one dose, and hasn't been public about his views. No one would even know about this, if it wasnt for Canada's vaccine policy.

That doesnt exactly scream anti-vaxxer that should get attacked publicly. Then again, this topic gets people extremely sanctimonious for whatever reason.
