Ima do some more research to determine which brand gives the most actual protein per dollar.
You won't gain weight without being in a caloric surplus. Protein shakes arent a magical mass gainer.
Track your calories with myfitnesspal & you wont have to wonder if you're doing enough to put on weight![]()
So I downloaded that app. And it says I need 2820 calories a day. Now what? How do I know how many calories I'm actually getting?


I just tried it on my oatmeal packet and it worked. 



get a mass gainer instead of a protein shake. Calories > protein when you're still a frail boi

And gaining/losing weight is never linear. It will fluctuate. My first bulk I gained 30 solid pounds in 8 months. Yeah most of it was fat and water, but it was a lot of lean muscle too. Bulking up ain't some temporary ish that u can just do for 1 month and u good to go. It takes patience and really wanting that sh!t. U didn't really want it.
