That's the thing tho, I eat everything. I can just lay on the couch and lose weight.

I'm like 6'1 and about 140-145, the heaviest I've ever been is 155 but that was after I took a steroid for my health problems, plus my metabolism is light speed fast :manny: If I had body I'd be a dime :banderas:

6'4 naturally 250lbs... been 200-210lbs in the last few years :blessed: Skinny with those natural broad shoulders :jawalrus:

Really been trying to do this bulking diet but money been tight lately. I also gotta stop being a lazy fukk and start lifting as much as possible. I really just want to get swole so I can look more healthy and nikkas can stop taking advantage of my size at the courts. I'm skinny and uncoordinated af

I've never been more than a 158lbs.

When you fast food for brek lunch and dinner for a week and don't even gain a pound.

I'm fine with my weight, I'd love to be 165lbs but meh

I'm 6'3 218-220. Your metabolism will eventually catch up. If not, your health will. Just because you're not gaining weight doesn't mean that nasty fast food is leaving your insides alone. You'll end up with blood pressure or other shyt if u continue that trend.

3 eggs with home fries and white toast no butter for breakfast and an iced coffee

Chicken with brocolli white rice garlic sauce and aa egg roll for lunch

Just had two peanut butter granola bars

Gallon of water on deck

Probly hitting up an Italian spot for dinner tonight.
