I have low blood pressure

I'm 6'3 218-220. Your metabolism will eventually catch up. If not, your health will. Just because you're not gaining weight doesn't mean that nasty fast food is leaving your insides alone. You'll end up with blood pressure or other shyt if u continue that trend.

I've been trynna change my life lately, I went to the gym to get some gains, been eating and ya boy got up to 146 pounds last week :blessed:

How bout today I weighed myself and I'm down to 139 brehs :sadbron: I don't know what to do

If your diet consists of sugar and processed food that's probably why. You'll never maintain your gains. Eat real food. Eat more healthy fat. Your insulin levels should get consistent and the gains will take place and remain.

We are discriminated against, there are fat loss clinics, far loss foods, staplingof stomach. But for us we are just told eat more which is like telling a fat person to eat less.

I never liked being skinny and was always wanting to hit the gym. People at work kept making those "you eat a lot but where does it all go" or "you're so skinny" comments. One day some fukk nikka was acting like I wanted some chick here and she said "he's too skinny." I had zero interest in her but that shyt pissed me off. People were making those comments every day and most of them were fat. I got my gym membership that week.

I hate being called skinny when I can't call someone fat. Funny thing is I'm making gains while they still look :flabbynsick:

For me the gym is the easy part. It's only 45-60 minutes, 3-5 days a week. That's barely any time out of my schedule. Trying to eat 3000 calories a day can be rough. I usually make a protein shake before bed that's about 700-1000 calories to make it easier.

I'm 6'1 between 150-155. My buddy keeps getting on me about joining the gym he's at. I want to and he already knows a lot about healthy eating and proper technique to working out so I might as well. I want to get to 170-175.

Things I've learned from this thread:

There are people that think that lifting weights makes you gain weight:laff:

NEWSFLASH: liftig weights is exercise, and exercise makes you lose weight:ohhh:

:laff:

Lemme help yall out. EATING MORE CALORIES makes you gain weight. Lifting weights just helps make more of your added weight muscle rather than all fat

Still not gaining? Then eat more calories daily

Still not gaining? Stop being an excuse making p*ssy, and eat even more calories.

You aren't special. You can't beat human biology:laff:

Dudes think they are unique snowflakes:laff:
Lifting heavy weights breaks down your muscle fibers and repairs them causing your muscles to expand and grow when you are sleep. Obviously you need more food to fuel the muscle growth, but lifting heavy weights does make you grow. Muscle weighs more than fat so you will gain some weight if you just lift and don't make diet changes. I don't recommend it though. EAT nikkaS

I'm going to have eat more meals a day, or something :mjcry:
Gym isn't adding any weight.
I'm about to go home, eat six eggs, have a strawberry- almond- banana-protein smoothie, and then eat a pizza :mjcry:

Probably won't help. It'll be temporary because there are no nutrients in it. Eat real food. Have a blender bomb with coconut milk and spinach. Matter of fact add it to your smoothie. Mine had frozen sugary fruit like pineapple mangoes etc. spinach, coconut milk, a handful of almonds, banana and protein powder.

First thing in the morning do a handful of spinach, kale, rainbow chard, tomato, 2 carrots, banana, apple, frozen berries of your choice, and protein powder.

These smoothies taste really good, the second will surprise you. You need a powerful blender for both.

Kevin Durant?

Edit: he's like 6'10 :francis:
Yeah I'm a lot like KD except he's a couple inches taller. I can shoot from anywhere on the court, decent post game, Tall and lanky. Problem is I have a hard time staying in front of my man because he's like 40 pounds bigger than me and my footwork isn't the best. I'm working on it though. Also, since my legs are super skinny, I don't have much hops so when I miss a dunk people clown me. Hate being the guy that everyone thinks can dunk :mjcry:

So what foods should we be eating? I think part of the problem is I don't eat red meat or drink any sugary drinks.

Today I had egg salad on a bagel for breakfast. At like 12 o clock I had 2 waffles....bag of chips an hour after that....just ate a spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy's with fries and seltzer water....dinner will prob be leftover curry chicken from last night. On an average day I eat much more though.

You trolling, huh. You can't expect to make gains eating that food. You can eat nutrient dense food and eat less calories and put on mostly lean mass in the process. You're wasting your money eating this stuff if you expect gains. The only thing you had that was decent was the eggs in the salad and the chicken. Every thing else was empty.

Drink a gallon of milk a day op. Start taking creatine and increase your water intake. Hit the gym religiously. Muscle milk protein shakes, buy the powder and mix it up with milk. Youll get 20-30 extra grams of protein.

This the type of info I like. What do you suggest? I don't eat beef or pork though!
