should i get rid of soda from dinnerIf your diet consists of sugar and processed food that's probably why. You'll never maintain your gains. Eat real food. Eat more healthy fat. Your insulin levels should get consistent and the gains will take place and remain.

Yeah I'm a lot like KD except he's a couple inches taller. I can shoot from anywhere on the court, decent post game, Tall and lanky. Problem is I have a hard time staying in front of my man because he's like 40 pounds bigger than me and my footwork isn't the best. I'm working on it though. Also, since my legs are super skinny, I don't have much hops so when I miss a dunk people clown me. Hate being the guy that everyone thinks can dunk![]()

Pepsi or coke, it don't matter to me. I love'em. I have 2 a week, trying to get to zero. A glass of Red wine the other nights.I don't miss dunks when I'm at the rec or in a high school gym. I can jump and grab rim but when I actually try to dunk the ball other slips out my hands or I miss it.
I've been trynna change my life lately, I went to the gym to get some gains, been eating and ya boy got up to 146 pounds last week
How bout today I weighed myself and I'm down to 139 brehsI don't know what to do
