Watching it right now on a YouTube stream (well First Things First then it goes right to Undisputed), but I try to download the podcasts daily to give them some numerical support
I don't think it will happen because Skip likes to talk Cowboys for 3/4 of the show during football season with that last 1/4 centered on LeBron. I'm not sure ESPN gives him the freedom to do that again if he comes back.
BTW if SAS getting 8 how much Tony and Wilbon getting?
I have heard that they are in the top 4 highest salaries at ESPN along with Greeny and SAS.
Tony had a restaurant with Maury Povich and others for a few years, so I know he had the bread to do it.

Take a look at how many threads come off like TMZ or a teen girl's magazine. TBH if a lot of these "on air personalities" posted on The Coli they wouldn't even stick out for basketball knowledge at all, but they'd get tons of daps for wording their hot takes just right and somehow that translates to $8 million/year.

Some people think he's funny. I dont, but his personality is one that makes you WANT to argue with him as a host and that is what gets the ratings. Thats the appeal. Skip is the progenitor of that. Those two fed off eachother well. Skip and Shannon are a better duo than Max and SAS for this reason. Max cant troll to SAS nonsensical self. He'd do better with his own show along with Will Cain. The prodect would be better but the ratings would be worse. It'd have to be an afternoon show or lead-in to First Take (replacing Get-UP)
