I could care less about MAGA. Seems like some of you attach emotions to politics. Look at it logically.

Biden is about give citizenship to 11 million illegal immigrants. America will no longer need our vote and as a group, Black Americans might just have voted ourselves out of political relevancy.

Trump may not have done anything for black folks. But one thing he wouldn't have done is legalize 11 million illegal immigrants. And that in and of itself is a benefit to black people more than anything Biden and Harris will do. Harris already said she's doing nothing specifically for black people.
How you feel about Trump trying to keep black folk out the suburbs and taking the history of slavery out of public schools?

Immigration more important than mishandling Covid-19?

Trump Administration Eliminates Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Rule, NLIHC and other Advocates Condemn Action, Rhetoric

Trump Administration Eliminates Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Rule, NLIHC and other Advocates Condemn Action, Rhetoric
Jul 27, 2020
The Trump Administration abruptly issued its final rule, “Preserving Community and Housing Choice,” which repeals 2015 regulations implementing the statutory obligation to “affirmatively further fair housing” (AFFH). NLIHC and 14 other civil rights and housing organizations issued a media statement condemning the administration’s action as well as the president’s use of incendiary racial rhetoric about the move for political gain.

The 2015 regulations, which were suspended by HUD Secretary Ben Carson in 2018 (see Memo, 5/21), were the first significant regulations since the Fair Housing Act of 1968 requiring federal agencies, particularly HUD, as well as states, counties, and cities to affirmatively further fair housing if they receive HUD funds. The Fair Housing Act not only banned discrimination, but it also required meaningful actions to undo decades of federal, state, and local discriminatory policies and practices that resulted in segregated communities.

The announcement about the final rule on July 23 follows President Trump’s recent false Twitter claim that the AFFH rule was having “a devastating impact on these once thriving suburban areas,” would “destroy the suburbs,” and was “not fair to homeowners.” The preamble to the final rule states that after reviewing Secretary Carson’s proposed AFFH rule (see Memo, 1/13), “the President expressed concern that the HUD approach did not go far enough,” and “The President therefore asked HUD to reconsider the rule to see whether HUD could do more…to empower local communities and to reduce the regulatory burden of providing unnecessary data to HUD. After review, and based on prior internal discussions, HUD produced the current rule.”

Affirmative action guidelines dropped by Trump administration

07/03/2018

The Trump administration on Tuesday scrapped Obama-era guidance on race-based admissions policies — just as conservatives see a fresh opening to end affirmative action through a changing Supreme Court.

The move comes as a closely watched court battle over Harvard's admissions policies — which has emerged as the next front in the fight over race-based admissions — heats up. Civil rights groups see the Trump administration's decision as part of a larger effort to scrap affirmative action, which has been upheld repeatedly by the Supreme Court, though that could change with the appointment of a new justice soon to be picked by President Donald Trump.

The Justice Department announced it was eliminating 24 federal guidance documents that it deemed "unnecessary, outdated, inconsistent with existing law, or otherwise improper."

Seven of those were documents issued jointly with the Education Department's Office for Civil Rights under the Obama administration that called on school superintendents and colleges to consider race when trying to diversify their campuses

Now, if your take about the crime bill being racist because it disproportionately affected Blacks, how would you not classify these recent actions by the Trump administration as racist?
I think you’re missing the whole point. We both agree that Donald trump is racist. That’s not up for debate. What I’m saying is joe Biden has a more aggressive and extensive history of racial policy against blacks yet for some strange reason you give him a pass. Please don’t google articles and copy and paste that’s intellectually lazy. Explain in your own words what trump has done specifically to harm black people.

I’ll address the article just for illustrative purposes. It says that the trump administration is rolling back Obama era affirmative action statues. We all know affirmative action applies to everyone not just black people. Affirmative action is just language that says in order to receive federal funds you agree “in good faith” to not discriminate. But guess what? Affirmative action language is deliberately kept vague in order dilute whatever protection or benefits black people may recieve. Because of the vague language such as “minority” or “people of color” the more immigrants in America, the less affirmative action is effective as a tool for black people. How many times have you seen a company say they are “diverse” because they have a black women, an Asian man, and another person of color? The black woman counts as 2 minorities: black and women. No need for a black man. This is a statistical fact.

Now let’s look at the other side: Joe biden just promised to legalize 11 million illegal immigrants citizenship including 500,000 Indians. These immigrants will not only displace thousands of African American jobs, they will also lower wages. This will have devastating economic effects on black people in America. Guess what? Under affirmative action, these Filipinos, indians, Hispanics etc qualify as “minorities” affirmative action was deliberately kept vague in order to dilute whatever benefits black people may recieve. See how both racists achieve the same result but through different means? But you only have a problem with one of those racists. Not to mention black people overwhelmingly supported Biden in this election over 80% black men and over 95% black women. No other group voted Democrat in such high numbers. Yet black Americans will the neglected voting block for the next four years.

No I don’t care. I literally just got off work and I’m going to block you after I send this because I don’t engage in homosexual banter. Did you just say “throw shade” to another grown man? My god you’re flaming homosexual.

“we're going to have to deal with the immigration crisis we have. i'm going to send the house and senate an immigration bill that's going to provide access to citizenship to 11 million people,” he said.
Biden...

Will provide access to citizenship to illegal immigrants if elected: Biden

There’s literally another thread about it on this website and then there’s Google. Not trying to be rude. This is coming directly from his campaign.

Womp-womp. Only ~3 million immigrants* were naturalized during Biden's term.

*-All immigrants, not just "illegals", refugees, or asylum seekers.
