After giving the album more time it's really not that bad. I guess I was shocked at first cause of some of the songs but the more I play it gets better. The sound and choruses were really unexpected and uncomfortable at first but once the album is given time to marinate it's a solid 3/5. The overall vanilla flavor of it is what really hurt the album for me. They need to get Rick Ross to executive produce their next album

didn't hear the album but i think they should play their positions more, that's all. instead they all seem to want to be Joell. joell has a funny, charismatic personality, he's like a hood eminem somewhat, haha. that's not crooked i/buddens/royce, it sounds forced. thats probably why the dude who wrote this, (and charlamagne), said joell sounds the best on the album, because this is his natural lane. buddens excels most when he's rapping about his emotions (no mo), royce excels when he sounds angry (haha) and crooked i is just a beast rhymer, eminem didn't highlight their individual strengths because he was probably more focused on showcasing their likability and ability to make "hot" soundin tracks. let them do them, period. andre and big boi are almost polar opposites on songs, but the cohesiveness is still seamless...

Joell tweeting this am that you have to get the mixtape and the album. If not it's like having one shoe on and not the other.....REEEEAAAAACCCHHHIIING

They know they did some dumb azz move to get radio play and try to be fake commercial and No One cares.....

The only time they music is played on radio is if they are in the room being interviewed.

How would you know what is on the album when you haven't heard it? Don't let everyone else think for you, listen to it and come up with your own opinion. Let me know if you want a link

nah nah, i wasn't talking about the album with that, i was talking about all the songs i've been hearing from then since they went over there. i'm just assuming the feel of this album is similar to the feel of the tracks i've been hearing, some of which are on the album, by the way... "my life", "throw it away", "throw that" and even "hammer dance" to a certain extent, all sound like they'd be excellent for joell ortiz's solo album..

I can only hope this reviewer has multiple bullet proof vests, an island hideout, and 4 Samoan bodyguards. When a notorious punching bag who has been getting his ass whipped all his life, got lumped and then forced to apologize on camera, and hasn't won any fights except against his girlfriends and their unborn fetuses makes a threat against you, you've got to take serious precautions.

Culturevi is a clown, but he's entitled to his opinion. Royce and Buddens shouldn't even acknowledge him

D12 should be insulted by this.

D12 never put out anything as bad as this Slaughterhouse shyt.

They had better songs, better singles, and Eminem to come save them on every track.

Slaughterhouse stans need to just listen to the mixtape and act like this album never happened. Just abort it from your memory. It's trash, stop defending it.
