Haven't had it in a while.

I don't miss the feeling at all. :lawd:

Everyone's different I think. From my experience it's sleeping on my left side that causes it or when I take naps.

Well, looks like I'm not sleeping anymore. I'm already afraid of the dark don't need to add not being able to move and shadowy figures slithering around my room. :mjcry:

Happened to me one day last week. Woke up on my couch just unable to move. I used to freak out whenever it happens but nowadays I'm just like meh
:laff: same here

it used to happen to me so much back then that i got used to it and gave zero fukks. but its scary for folks that aint seasoned vets like us

Lmao the fukked up thing bruh is I figured out how to make it actually stop and it was simple lmao . . .peep the way you sleep when it happens lmao . . once you stop that it will stop . . .I actually tested it and made my self go into sleep paralysis . . . after I figured I can control it . . it became less creepy . . . well it's still creepy but now that I can make it not happen :\

If you're seeing multiple shadows at the same time there is more than 1 spirit. If you're only seeing one shadow then it's probably the same spirit coming back to you over and over again
