They ain't breh. Sleep paralysis is the first step to having an outer body experience. Which is some next level shyt. It's where you are going to be able to levitate your energy around your surroundings. I've done it a few times. But it hasn't happened in years

From my experience those shadows are lost souls.

Alright. That is some spooky shyt. I almost understand what you are saying though.

Is it common to see deceased loved ones? When I was a kid and I used to sleep on my back I could see my mom face on the ceiling and she was looking directly in my eyes.

I need the ancestors for this :snoop:
I see you from LA? If so, I'm assuming where you live isn't "new". Meaning, many people have probably died in proximity of where you are.

I'm from Pasadena but live in Daygo. My most vivid encounters with spirits have always been in older buildings. I lived in NYC for 5 years. By far the most I have ever encountered while living out there

I wouldn't be surprised if it was her :yeshrug:

Children tend to be the more susceptible to spirits imo

Happened to me one day last week. Woke up on my couch just unable to move. I used to freak out whenever it happens but nowadays I'm just like meh

It's been happening since I was about 8 just focus all your energy on wiggling your toes then work your way up

I tried BJJ but it failed
You've been lying about the power of BJJ
Take one class and think you me bruhs.

I stopped having nightmares once i learned Brazillian Jiujitsu. Crazy shyt when i fight in my dreams now, them corny ass night terrors dont have shyt for this grappling shyt. My dreams purely sexual, sensual and intergalactic now.

There was one cat in my dream that jiujitsu didnt work on though, nor did shotguns to the face. Cat neutralized my takedown and tossed me aside.

I WOKE UP asap, AAASAP, AAAAA fukkIN SAP! :whoo:
