Sleep Paralysis is the worse fukkin experience

Had 3 experiences within the last week

I agree. I haven't had it in years. The last time I had it 3 things came into my room and tried to hold me down but apart me (soul, spirit whatever) was able to get up and chase them out of the room. They seemed surprised although they were faceless and I told him to get out and that they were never to come back again. It hasn't happened sense.

Legend says it demons who cause this. Next time it happens, even if you can't sense a presents, instead of using your mental power to try to wake or move use it to to announce that you do not allow negative or bad energy into you space. They do it b/c they think you are weak. Show them you are not weak.

I stopped having nightmares once i learned Brazillian Jiujitsu. Crazy shyt when i fight in my dreams now, them corny ass night terrors dont have shyt for this grappling shyt. My dreams purely sexual, sensual and intergalactic now.

There was one cat in my dream that jiujitsu didnt work on though, nor did shotguns to the face. Cat neutralized my takedown and tossed me aside.

I sleep on my side and stomach and that shyt happened to me both ways. The stomach was worse because it was just my face down in the pillow terrifying.

I always have the fan on (even during the day) and can't sleep with it.

Mostly happened to me if I took naps. Also seemed to happen more when I was stressed. Rarely happens now and thank God 'cuz it is one of the most terrifying feelings ever.

It was the little dog demon on my chest... Very intense, no sounds being made, couldn't open my mouth, and I just make a weird humming noise.


In college I had one week where it happened 2 nights in a row after a long week of partying. I was scared to fall asleep that third night.

I've had the witch crawl up my leg a few times. I always close my closet now because my hanging cloths usually morph into figures.

I haven't had a paralysis experience since I was in my early 20's.

I TRULY believed it is either aliens or someone from the other side trying to contact for a long time.

Damn breh my experience kinda same as yours, my first paralysis happened at 12 I fell asleep watching sports center and felt someone sitting on my back..I don't have siblings and it was late night so I thought it was my mom (idk why) I was on my stomach and had covers almost covering my head and when I rose to look back at who was sitting on me I heard a voice like the ones they have in devil movies that said "go back to sleep" idk why but I got scared af pulled the cover over my head and next thing I knew I woke up next morning like nothing happened..it was too weird...to top it off when I wake up the same re run of sportscenter is playing which let me know they night before wasn't no dream..legit fukked with me for awhile lol seen the demon dog too one night same room but it was in my closet which is why I keep my closet closed at night as well

This thread is freaking me out. I've never seen spirits. I've sensed a presence before but lately when I get it, I don't sense or see anything and I'm able to break out of it within a few seconds.
