This was one of the greatest sleeping nights I ever had.:wow::wow:

Only woke up cause of my 7am alarm for work.

I can't sleep with an apple watch on or any of those watches....shyt is mad uncomfortable

Your body knows exactly when and how to get rest, it's external factors that mess it up ..my grandfather slept whenever he was done being active and he was careful not to waste his energy just sitting around, which in my opinion is what's not good for you as you get up there in age. He was active but gave his body time to rest after. He was sharp as a knife mentally well in his 80s.

Ya are working out and feeling brand new w 5 hours of sleep?

I go gym 3-4 times a week depending on my day. 2 of those are usually early morning and I find those are the days I'm most productive and feel the best.


There is a balance to it though as if I do 4 days put of the week as early starts (try to be at the gym for 05:30 at the latest) I do feel theres a crash towards the end of the week
