With all these clips from slim thug, it’s kinda on brand that he released an album called Midlife crisis last year :mjlol:

Do all these boss talk inspirational social media guys like Thug and Dame even appeal to people making moves in life? Or is it just the regular bum who like to hate on people making moves in life

I can't believe there is so much hate for Slim Thug on here. His newer shyt is a bit soft and for the ladies, but his old shyt was hard.

Boss of all Bosses is a low key great album, like 4.5 mics IMO.

The tape he did with Killa Kyleon was one of the best tapes I've heard recently.

Bro always claims he became a "millionaire" off tapes, but was telling producers he didn't have money for beats back in his Already Platinum days. Getting sued left and right.

Dude was sleeping on Letoya Luckett's couch and didn't have anywhere to go when they broke up, but always claims he has wild paper. Slim is a clown. And broke.

You believe Slim made more money independently than Master P?
No, but Slim Thug also never had to scam people, nor file multiple bankruptcies to stay afloat. You practically don’t even have to leave Texas to consistently get paid. The only downside is you simply may not be that well known when you go outside of Texas. Beatking, Paul Wall, Slim Thug, Trae, Lil Keke, and several others aren’t hurting at all despite being out of the mainstream limelight for a long time.

Crazy how dude was able to pivot to social media

I know he's business savvy but he hasn't had a hot record in like 20 years

Houston rappers only need to sell in Houston, and do shows in Texas/Louisiana. None of them need to be nation wide. Maybe only New Orleans and The Bay have that type of local loyalty.

Lil Keke, Z-Ro, etc stay paid. It's crazy to me, cause I remember the days of Paul Wall and Cham handing out flyers/selling out the trunk at a Jamaica, Jamaica. You could run into any of them Carrington's back in the day.

H Town.. :wow:
