I opened a new one with no pics, I just use it to store my favorite bspace profiles and ask a question on the boards every now and then.
I like the Coli gym better than their crazy and racist forums over in bb.com. The Coli Gym regulars (not occasional posters, but regulars) offer their reviews without claiming to be experts, are encouraging, and motivate me to stay focused. I think I have about 9 more months till my progress will really show, and this place kinda helps me stay on track till then.

im trying to push myself but school is getting difficult right now(Chemical Engineering)
decided after i gained 1" on my midsection that this is what i need to do. Current weight 156lbs


all water weight but we're grinding 

been doing pyramid sets(burnouts) of hip pushups/inverted rows at the end of my workout. been hitting everything one day then hit again every other day. so far so good
