I'm aware names sell cards, BUT I believe the URL has the capability to mix it up. If you have 3 big battles with names & fill out the rest of the card with quality match ups it will sell.

Exactly. They have Clips, Hollow, Smurf and Verb on the next card. Why do they feel the need to include dna and k shine? The matchups suck.. Mix it up.

The dumb it down shyt is definitely true. Battle rappers talk about this openly on podcasts all the time. Just think about it. Even if you don't have a great matchup, a guy should be able to perform his ass off.

You have had battles that made sense they still didn't come out that good.

As far as Clips, Mickey Factz has came out & said Clips has way more lyrical ability than he shows in these battles. Hell he most likely does, because based on sheer ability, Clips is very talented.

Look at how basic Bmagic has become. Big T just talked about dumbing his shyt down to cater to the audience on AFR on Friday.

I agree match ups could be better as well.

definitely noticed it with Magic and Big T , I hope Big T since it will be in a smaller setting as of now will have bars vs Daylyt cause if he does that simple shyt hes gonna get bodied, And Magic vs Law is supposed to go down at the PG the day after Nome. Probably didnt want to throw Law to the wolves on the big stage. But Magic better have his old bars in that small room

DNA is on every card, because he's the one who finds the sponsors for the events, so like it or not were gonna keep seeing him

I guess I'm one of the few that actually enjoyed this battle. Top's second rd was pure fire. I liked all of clips rd. I Think top won the 2nd clips won the 3rd and the 1st is debatable.
I don't know what people want. It's like if a battle is not a classic people are saying it's weak. I thought it was petty good battle.

This wasn't the same clips that battled Rex and this wasn't top at his best, I think people myself included expected a classic anything other than that is a disappointment.
