If you beat up an executive at your company and put it on video and everyone sees it, you don't think you should get punished because you didn't beat him up in the office?

This isn't that type of business. Besides, the type of things Norbes was doing would get him fired and/or sued in a company with a more formal structure. He wouldn't dare attempt it. So you can't draw a parrallel. Nowadays sleazy old school guys are getting forced out of companies left and right. If Smack was corporate like that they'd have been actively working to remove Norbes last year.

i dont give a fukk and personally id rather still see twork battle on url and who cares about Norbes, but just on some loyalty shyt, axing norbes who you built the company with for a dude that is constantly unprepared and irresponsible and beat up a senior person at the company? if twork wasnt talented theres just no way that shyt happens. twork isnt even some kind of cash cow he cant be trusted, hes not even on like a surf or suge level of cant be trusted to give you a full 3 rounds, nah this dude cant be trusted for literally anything and you tossing nobes to the side for him.
