Drugz vs. Stuey Newton (one rounder) - Not bad for 7 days prep. I think they matched each other for the situation. I edged it to Stuey Newton since he seemed to have more high points in his round.
Young Kannon vs. Pass - Debatable, 2-1. I feel like Pass did better than he did in his Brizz battle but didn't have enough take the complete win. YK was cookin' but Pass calling out his played out bars in the 1st that deflated some of his work in rounds 2 and 3 to me. The mic issues fukked up this battle.
The Saga vs. Emerson Kennedy - I got it Emerson Kennedy 2-1 or 3-0 clear. The Saga had some good moments but I think EK was able to diffuse a lot of he was saying. Plus, I just think EK got his own style...like some smooth yet aggressive shyt. Saga didn't sound bad but it seemed like he wasn't the same Saga we knew from before.
Tech 9 vs. Geechi Gotti - Geechi Gotti, clear 3-0 bodybag. I think Champion has cursed Tech 9. Geechi landed so many bars that it was ridiculous. What zipped up the bodybag? Tech 9's Warren G karaoke moment in the 3rd. SMDH.
B Dot vs. Mike P - B Dot, 2-1. Good battle on both ends except for a few things. I feel like Mike P didn't take an angle he could have and B Dot almost fully recycled an angle but saved it with surrounding elements. I gave B Dot the 1st and 3rd with Mike P taking the 2nd.
Rum Nitty vs. Brizz Rawsteen - Rum Nitty, 2-1. Had it debatable at first but really Brizz dropped the ball in the 2nd and 3rd with a pauseworthy bar or two. You could tell it was the last and nikkas wanted to be out. Took from the battle.
Overall: These fukkin' mics....what the entire fukk. I'm not sure what venue this was but man, they screwed up with the sound. Elephant in the room: Danny & Twork not happening really did hurt this card. The space for this event was smaller than it was for Traffic 3 too. Its the first one of the series so hopefully, it will be better if they more of them.
