I usually don't buy into the conspiracy theories , but I have to wonder. After the shyt show this event was, JC's performance was a godsend. DNA was good, but that was the first truly good performance of the card. Best bars of the night by FAR.

Im tired right now, so I wouldn't know who won unless there was a significant gap between the winner and loser. I will watch later, but I doubt the battle hurt either of their stock.
The expectations are so low for the RBE card, that it probably will turn out better. That's always been their angle.

This is my opinion of the COTN.
The whole point of the incentive, was to create better battles for the fans right? To give battlers an incentive to go harder right?
Based on what happened tonight, it shows that it doesn't matter. This is the largest pot of money this year, yet SM7 may have been the worst event of the year.
Jayblac needs to scrap the COTN and COTY incentive bullshyt and just recap the battles with Tech. It's foolish to create a gofundme and give these guys any money from it.

I'm a huge boxing fan, so I know how these things go.
The promoter can put together a terrific card ON PAPER, but the event can turn out to be shyt. This is coming from a boxing fan. You could ask a MMA fan the same thing. Battle rap is similar in that regard.
Anytime you purchase a PPV, you have to acknowledge it could turn out bad.
I'm at the point now where I'm content, waiting for the battles to drop on youtube.
