Again, I like the feud and I honestly made a similar post to yours last week.

But now with the Stardust thing it just seems like they're throwing everyone in it with no logical explanation but "Ooh I want the belt!"

I just don't see why they didn't do Stardust vs Goldust after all that buildup. What does anything about their past two months have to do with them suddenly throwing their names in the ladder match...and that's even if Goldust is in it.

I'm happy they are making the IC title mean something, but it's lazy booking to just now throw all these midcarders randomly into the match. Some, like Stardust and Bryan, that make absolutely no sense.

This is wrestling...there's a match to get the midcard belt....why would they NOT want to get into the match? I'm not being jerky but ooh I want the belt is wrestling 101...you really don't need some love story

Maybe if it were year-round and not during the typical 'Welp it's Wrestlemania season, how can we fit Stardust into the card'.

That's not gonna work. More than likely the Ladder match is kicking the PPV off since they have diluted so many of the acts from getting a fair shake at getting over. If they can give Cripple H 4 months of build with Sting and can make sure Brey doesn't lose for months to make sure he looks a certain way for Taker, then they damn sure know when and how to get their shyt together. Raw had some crazy shyt go down..they actually made it seem like Bryan was underneath a Sandow segment....had him tossed in as a side accessory to the show. It has to be criticized and laughed at because they would never try this with Steve Austin or anything that is concurrent with what Bryan stands for. The whole IC title set up is really about Ambrose after he got shafted anyway so them having matches FOR EVERYONE on the card but Danielson reeks of pettiness and a pretentiousness that borders on arrogant. Doesn't really matter..with a guy like that, the crowd tells you what's right and what isn't.

Considering how they've booked the IC champ in the past however, I don't really want him anywhere near the belt, but he could use a win.
He's like 0-7 or something since the Shield split but miraculously, he's still somewhat over.
If he'd been given the protective booking his Shield brethren have benefited from and dialed down the lunatic gimmick, he'd probably be the most over guy out there.
