I don't think they should place women on just one show. They can go all out sign up women on the indy scene and have women's story lines on both programs. Or even a women's tag division. It'd be lit there's a lot of women's talent out there and most are decent looking can be made to look great with WWE's make up team

but characters need to be IMPORTANT.

For example, they're signing all this Japanse talent about the same time the Network launched in Japan. You think the Japanese fans are gonna subscribe just to see their native wrestlers win pointless matches in the 1st hr of RAW?

No, they want their favs to be in the mix if not for the main event, then somewhat co-main event. They want to see their favs involved in IMPORTANT things.

I dont know where this new logic comes from that there were only 6 liked wrestlers ever and everyone else in history was irrelevant.

Bray and Luke Harper vs. The Club
Styles vs Rollins
Roman vs. Cena

We could have dream matches weekly, and still have fresh match ups to spare.

Why would people want to water down the rosters? That makes no sense to me. Shouldn't the whole point be to have the most potent fed possible. Its not the roster, its the booking. The booking is what makes people important.

EVERY SEGMENT SHOULD MEAN SOMETHING. Your not irrelevant if your not feuding for a title or going on last.

THATS the problem, there needs to be great midcarders... IE Scott Hall, Mr. Perfect, Booker T etc. They moved seamlessly throughout the ENTIRE card. Because everyone was important. Thats a GOOD thing.

Back in the Hogan WWF days, they had 4 ppvs. Hogan barely wrestled on tv.

Now we got WWE Network, Social Media, Youtube IWC Podcasts, Huge tv slots each week

They need to make WWE a giant league with a bunch of wrestlers like UFC
