If I feel disrespected, I put hands on people so clearly thats not something "I might be ok with" but im also not a damn judge. :mjtf:

A smart mouth IS disrespect. Thats why yo moms slapped your bare as neck.

You wouldn't put hands on anyone as judge though would you?

Human civilization has had law and authority since the stone ages. The judge did not overreact. So yes you go on there and talk to the judge with sense just like you would your parents, teachers, coaches, or any other authority otherwise expect consequences. That's the way shyt works in every society.

Talm bout the judge in his feelings. :mjlol:

Im not a damn judge. If i were, I shouldnt be concerned about random bytch #23922's respect. All I would care about is disruption.
The point is if you are someone who can feel disrespected from words of a stranger then doing anything other than putting hands on them is hoe shyt.
Everyone doesnt respond with feelings of personal disrespect from other people they dont know. Thats just another example of folks handling things differently. Some people move with a "as long as they dont touch me" mentality and couldnt give a fukk what someone is saying.

That is not the case with the judge. He easily couldve had her removed from holding by the bailiff and put her in the bullpen from the first instance of disruption. Because professionally, the court's disruption is the issue but because he took it personally and reacted personally, he used his power because he felt disrespected, he bodyslamming her with contempt for saying she's going to go home. He couldve just said, "then youll be arrested :unimpressed:and adjourned.

My point is a judge that dont care about none of that shyt and only keeping order in his courtroom wouldve had her sent to the bullpen immediately and moved on paying her no mind cause she aint nobody but a loud ass bytch. Ego of this judge got involved and he used his power. I get that, I have ego and am prideful as well. But I put hands on folks because my pride wont let me feel comfortable with someone disrespecting me and when i ask myself "what did you do about it" and I can only say "had her put in jail" then i will feel like a bytch. Thats why i said that he took her response as personal disrespect, which he shouldnt, then he's a hoe for doing anything but yoking her. He clearly isnt doing that so its hoe shyt. If you want to say its justifiable then cool. Its justifiable hoe shyt.

You see, I'm conflicted on this topic.

You are presenting some very stupid arguments. If you are a judge, part of your fukking job is ensuring that people respect the court. You cannot say "I shouldn't be concerned with it" when it is part of your fukking job.

The reason why the conflict exists is because not all people are treated as equals under the law. It is easy for the judge to make a show of handling an uneducated, broke, loudmouth. However they become toothless when dealing with rich and powerful.

My stance has always been to smack the bytch if you feel its disrespectful so that part of your comment doesnt serve you if its to argue me. :yeshrug:
I didnt say she wasnt disrespectful. I said its up to the individual to it personally or not. And if you take what she said personally, then its hoe shyt to do anything but handle that one way or just not take it personally. Also im taking pretty firm stances so you can just quote me instead of trying to conflate my works with something else unsaid by me.

Thats not the job, but thats what they can choose to do. As I pointed out, ive seen the very same kind of exchange and the judge didnt waste any time going back and forth. He just told the guy, then youll be arrested, and had him removed from court.

And Im almost certain he did that because he didnt take some idiot's response as personal disrespect. Yall keep forgetting the theme that is being used in this argument that yall are introducing. DISRESPECT. This is yall dynamic yall using and honestly is a waste of time. Be concerned about whats DISRUPTIVE. If its about respecting the court then shouting back and forth at a tv monitor is embarrassing as a judge. He got put off his square. Ive seen a judge handle that shyt in a way that wasnt even memorable until this moment of seeing one handle it poorly. Grasp that point because thats the one im making. fukk her, but he a hoe ass nikka too. No different then id call my a boy out for acting like a hoe because he going back and forth with a bytch instead of dismissing her altogether.

Im willing to bet she didnt sit for 6 months in jail either. I could be wrong but just on how he handled it, I bet he folded for most of that time too.
