shyt just wasn't funny, just like the majority of SNL skits these days

SNL fell off towards the end of the 90s. I always preferred MadTV to them even though it took a nosedive around the same time. SNL is living off of it's name. And it still jump starts careers. Maybe that's where MadTV couldn't compete. Orlando Jones is the only one I can think of that has had some decent roles coming out of MadTV.

The only thing that saved SNL from cancellation after Farley, Sandler, etc. left was Will Ferrell...if not for him, that shyt would've bit the dust back in 97-98...MADTv was great from 98-04...shyt was funny every week

Its funny the fact this got airplay. White folks sittin by their TV's feeling a certain way only to go off & apologize or fake being friendly the next day is what makes this hilarious to me.
