True. But realize Gayle and by extension oprah are reeling. They will now assess every situation when it comes to how they interview famous black folks. They will perform a cost benefits analysis whenever they decide to do a hit piece on a famous black person. This situation has basically broadcasted all their dirt on front street. There are literally open conversations (on tv and radio and social media) of them defending Harvey or on a yacht with David Geffen watching leaving Neverland.
When I say Cost benefits Analysis, I mean that oprah and gayle will evaluate the situation on if the potential blow back is worth the risk of being a slave catcher for any potential famous black target.
So yes they may not have had to apologize, but they been put on notice. They literally had to call for back up just to make it through this situation. The next slip up they may not be so lucky. This is a case of something that shows no weakness now shows a weakness...cracks in the armor.
Remember rich folks and elites don't always apologize when they fukk up. Often times they just don't do the shyt again in the public what they did when they fukked up. shyt like touching a hot iron as a kid. A kid that does that doesn't apologize to the iron....they just don't do that shyt again.

The call was made and Snoop knew that his career will go sour if he didn't apologize publicly. They can shut everything of his off just like a electric company does when your months past due.
I don't like he apologized because he was expressing exactly how we felt about the interview but on the other hand, Snoop created a whole shytstorm that allowed an out for Gayle and Oprah that were getting beaten like a punching bag.
Just next time..I hope Snoop thinks before he comments on a serious topic and gives a more mature response.

I don’t feel like he had to either, but if his mama pulled his card, any Black man worth his salt will respect his mother’s wishes.
He already made his point and placed a spotlight on her and Oprah for their c00ning. Everything they say or do in regard to Black men is going to be viewed under intense scrutiny from now on. That’s more than you could say a week ago.
