I will say it is a label and producer issue why that isn't because labels care for who is hot and producers with a few hits become highly demanded and do not want to turn down business, respectively.Pharrell behind the boards for a whole album
When rappers get back to just 1 producer per album shyt will get better again.
The executive producer suppose to be what an actual producer was back then. Choosing tracks, songs, work through the mixes, etc. Label execs of today are not music people.

They put the music some application and determine shyt like that when music isn't a science but an art. The labels blame consumers but labels haven't been putting out much shyt worth buying.
