Snoop might be the only rapper who has two, hit, party songs that have transcended 3 generations

Everywhere...You never there.
G Thang and Gin n Juice can be played at a party of soccer moms and they’ll rap that shyt word for word...

Keep in mind, you can go to Snoop show and it’d be young teens, their parents and their grandparents rapping both of those songs word for word... :wow:

I don’t think any other rapper can make that kinda claim with TWO songs that span that manny generations .

i think you can add drop it like its hot while you at it

good thread
thought this was gonna be one of the songs mentioned in the OP.

off top, trying to think of other contenders. :jbhmm:

Hammer - Can't Touch This, 2 Legit 2 To Quit

Naughty By Nature - Hip Hop Hooray, OPP

Biggie - Mo Money, Mo Problems, One More Chance?

TS needs to define generational ages tho? young teen = 13, parent = 38, grand parent = 63?

LL Cool J.

yea.

LL has him beat if we REALLY wanna talk about hits transcending generations.

LL spans FOUR generations.

Snoop has more than 2

You can play drop it like it's hot and beautiful in any event with any age group and get the same reaction

those were just regular ass hit records on the radio.

"drop it" was cool, but nothing to jump out the window over.
"beautiful" was your standard generic wack wannabe-jarule single of the times.

theyre not that old neither.
