That’s kinda duck taley. It’s been gangster afraid of other gangsters since for ever. If not nikkaz wouldn’t be having 10+ bodies on they name. Somebody woulda handled it. It levels to gangster shyt. They got nikkaz walk about the street daily not ducking no action and they got 10 bodies and nobody makes a move.

I disagree. Fear and respect can sometimes be convoluted. Having respect for someone doesn't mean you're afraid of them, it means you're smart enough to know you can't handle them the same way. For example, Bumpy Johnson wasn't afraid of the Mafia nikkas from Harlem that he was waring against, but he was smart enough to know you can't just treat them like some run of the mill thugs. You have to be strategic. I don't think that means you fear them.
To answer your second question, I can't tell you with confidence what any man would do. But I will say, it wouldn't be smart to, because there's a difference between running down on a random Blood nikka and running down on a MONSTER like World. You run down on World you know it's gonna lead to an all-out war/murders, prison, all type of shyt. So, it wouldn't be advisable. I'll say that much. But to me, that doesn't equate to fear as much as respect and logic.
As crazy as World is, he would be crazy to run down on Jimmy Henchman in the 90s. That doesn't mean I think World is afraid of Henchman. Monsters know other monsters and respect it.
