I see you never tried their traditional toilets then.

Go warm your knees up :dame:

The family is moving there in a few years as a trial. Best country I’ve been to.
One

The United States is a 3rd world country. It’s filthy and broke.
Breh, let’s stop with the exaggerations. The US is far from 3rd world/developing country status. It has its issues but let’s not be hyperbolic.

I think four or five people I know have been to Japan this year
Tokyo, Seoul and Mexico City have been the spots I’ve seen a lot of people traveling to these days.

Brazil is also coming into the convo, too.

Breh the thing that surprised me about their food is how well seasoned everything was. You would swear they had some Aunties back there whipping shyt up. Literally everything I tried was fresh and delicious but never left you feeling heavy.

My only complaint about the food is that I really missed an American style breakfast. That's the only thing they were lacking at. You can find it sparingly but a good American style breakfast was not plentiful. Waffle House would make billions if they opened up shop there.

:mjlol:
They don't want to raise the minimum wage here not just out of greed, but because they know if Americans start traveling they'll realize just how much propaganda we are being fed constantly.

The rest of the world seasons its food. Asians Africans and south Americans(over 70% of the world's population) knows how to cook.

For real if america didn't have black people and immigrants the food would be absolute garbage like the slop they eat in England (respectfully)

Did you hit up any of those cabaret/hostess clubs

You’re right about Japan and Mexico City. My homegirl from Philly is going to Mexico City for Christmas.

But everyone who has been to Japan has absolutely loved it. My homeboy flew from the Bay Area to Tokyo for a 10 day cruise.

Costco has the Toto Bidet with the heated seat and dryer :obama:
I have that one in the master bathroom. I got the cheaper non-electric ones in my other bathrooms that work great also.
You can get them on Amazon but they are more expensive.

Got a non-electric bidet in 2020. Moved in 2023 and forgot to take it with us. Wifey was like "It's ok, we don't need it..."

One month later she comes out of the bathroom talking about "We need to get another bidet, I can't live like this."

Yeah, that's it in a nutshell. I'd love to see Japan btw.

Breh, those bidets were something else. It ain’t just about the spray cleaning your butt. First off, the seats are heated — so when you sit down, it’s already warm. Second, they’re self-cleaning and even spray the bowl before you drop a deuce, so you never leave streaks. The lid opens and closes automatically when you get near it, which is a game changer in public bathrooms since you don’t have to worry about someone pissing on the seat. And yeah, these fancy toilets are everywhere, not just in hotels.

Some of them even have dryers built in, but I found those kind of hit or miss. Doesn’t matter though. No matter how bad the mud butt situation, you’ll walk out cleaner than a whistle.

:ahh:

Even the urinals were designed to prevent splash, which makes public restrooms overall way cleaner.

Some of this stuff just seems like such a no-brainer now. I can’t believe it’s not standard in the States.

Now I kinda want to buy a TOTO bidet, but I’d have to get an electrical outlet installed next to my toilet, and that just feels like too much work.

And beyond the toilets...the food, the architecture, the infrastructure, amazing public transportation, the shrines… everything was incredible. Makes anywhere in the US feel like we're 50 years behind. I’m already missing Japan.

:mjcry:
Noticed this in Hawaii, especially areas with lots of Japanese tourists.

Nicest bathrooms I ever saw was at the mall near Waikiki. America is living off past glory.
