Look at the numbers in EVERY MAJOR CATEGORY... he is average or below average... PERIOD.
He's on a good team and he's a good game manager. Sometimes thats all you need to win a SB (trent dilfer, arguably big ben etc)

Locker is performing at a very high clip this year. It's one season but if Locker continues playing well and Rodgers is average, who's better? You have to remember the season is also 16 games long.

We cant grade no "leader of the new school" until a few years from now... People have bad years. and for all we know, RG3 culd be back.
But what I can tell you, is Andrew Luck just looks average as hell to me. Its no way around that.
RG3 has amazed me at times.... So has Kaep.... Until luck can do that and go deep in the playoffs, Jury is out.

Last time I checked, to win a MVP trophy you have to basically have the BEST NUMBERS IN THE LEAGUE.... Right now Luck is in the middle of the pack... PERIOD.
Peyton didn't get 4 MVPs being 25th in the league in passing yards.. he got it being #1 or close to it. This is FACT.
So based off stats, the nikka is average.

His numbers are kinda a result of the conservative nature of Pagano and Hamilton. They actually discourage him to run. Pete Carroll tells Russ to run as much as he wants and tgen call designed qb runs so he can more. The offense is way more unpredictable.

If you're talking about QBs and MVPs this is actually pretty stupid. There's been multiple times where the "best" QB statistically lost the MVP to a QB with worse numbers.
2009. 2008. 2003 when they made Manning split it.
That being said Luck isn't winning the MVP this year and he's not the league MVP.
