I use to watch the shows when they aired.
For starters, they still were not head and shoulders better than spider-man the animated series, or the NBC hulk that aired when Spiderman and his amazing friends were on the air back to back.
Plus, the bas/jl was animated with lower quality character model and colorized shading, as well.
Not to mention, it was leagues behind the short lived original xmen cartoon by the people who did gi-joe/transformer.

On top of being leagues behind other eighties cartoons from robotech to many more.

I'm starting to think about Ollie the same way I used to think about Buffy. Dude's fukking up personal lives and making mistakes wherever he goes... his supporting cast constantly has to deal with the ramifications of whatever mistake he decides to make.

Dude jumped between Tommy and Laurel and tried to justify it...

Dude threw Diggle's vendetta in the bushes

Even his little sister and her boyfrien- Speedy and Arsenal, huh. Dude reminds me of a young John Cena.


But yeah, Ollie's fukking up where he's going and is only good at putting arrows in folks.


But I like the way Stephen Arnell is really three separate characters on the show. The Ollie on the island, the Ollie he pretends to be now and "The Hood" are all totally different people.
