I wouldn't say that a person deserves to die or that the death penalty but at the same time if someone is scared enough (justified) to shoot you then I can't really be all that sad about it. Breaking into a home while someone is there is incredibly dumb. Enough stories of women getting raped and people being killed they are going to be freaked out seeing some stranger in their house.

If your breaking in my house, the first thing I'm thinking is, you must be here to kill me. Otherwise why the fukk are you breaking in my house.
Y'all are missing the point, I'm not arguing whether or not it was justified for the man to shoot him. Clearly you have no idea what his intent was and you must protect yourself. My issue is, why can it not be sad that a person wound up dead after making a stupid mistake? Why do we have to say "whatever he deserved to die"? That seems pretty harsh in my book.

I'd have my hand on a weapon in case but if the guy seems emotionally distraught, it's better to handle it cordially and get the rest of the material things fixed up later. No need to end up killing a fellow man or worst, end up dying in vain because of an accident. You guys are too violent.

The minute a person kicks open my door for ANY REASON, he automatically accepts the T.O.S. for this venture which states that if he wins, he gets my shyt while giving me the same cart blanche to fukk him up proper in an effort to defend myself, family and possessions.
I mean, if me and a dude scuffling in the streets and I run and pick up a brick or a bat or some shyt then that might be overkill especially if I maim him with the shyts, bit it ain't got no fukking Geneva convention stating I can't shoot a fukker no matter how unarmed or apologetic he might have portrayed himself in a court if law afterwards or in the very least huck a fukking tool box at his head in the heat of the moment.
