I don't feel there's anything wrong with letting a child have an imagination. That's what creates personality. I know a few people whose parents told them the truth from birth about things like the Easter Bunny, Santa, etc & they mostly turned out to be miserable people who take things too seriously. Let kids be kids... let them see Castles in the sky & Angels in the mirror because life later on is hard enough...

I learned about Santa growing up but never really fed into the "magic of Christmas".

I just enjoyed the food, family and presents. Always fun being around all my family, smashing some pound cake, and unwinding on the couch.
