Yes they can, but they won't...cause they don't want to be looked at by fans as not doing anything. Nobody is putting a gun to Orlando's head to do this deal at this time, but they shooting themselves. Ok real talk I have spent a few moments thinking this over. They have Lopez on a max deal with some late first rd picks. Lopez won't be movable they don't even like him like that. on some real shyt. I'd just let him play this year and leave as a free agent that way we have cap space.
