So Brook Lopez (w/ a max contract) and 3 late 1st rounders gets you Dwight Howard?

What i want to know is why is Cleveland so eager to help out a team they will have no chance of beating for the foreseeable future? Didnt that jackass owner have a problem with the Lakers creating a super team but now he is going to help create another in their own conference.

I don't know why some are surprised... Kevin Garnett netted Timberwolves Al Jefferson and two first rounders.

It's a well known fact that it's tough to get fair value out of trading star players.

Magic woulda been better off trading dwight and turk for expiring contracts. I'd rather have nothing than pay brook 15 mil.

Even if the Cavs make the right moves it will be 4-5 years before they really contend at that point the nets "big 3" will be nearly past their prime

they got alot more then that they actually got a good deal they just weren't high on the guys.

I think they had AL Jeff who was 20/10 gerald green some other player and a pick I think.

And i hope the Cavs dont think Kyrie Irving is gonna stick around by the time all these super teams are old.

Teams continue to make that MEM/LAL Pau Gasol deal look better each year.

preach

they got 4 years of cheap labor from marc gasol
they got the pick they used for darrell arthur
they got a big expiring in kwame brown that they used to absorb zach randolph

and thats for pau gasol....a guy who only made one all star team

the magic fukked up their salary cap for brook lopez :heh:

brook lopez isnt shyt and theyre giving him the same contract kevin love got.
