I've said this before & I didn't like him coming out of college to be a pro. I was stunned at how well he played last year but I never came off my point of him not being a top tier QB in the NFL. I hope i'm proved wrong because I love to see a brother on the come up but I just don't see it

He's barely into his second season. With the exception of Marino and 30 year old Kurt Warner that's pretty much the best you could expect out of a guy in his first year or so. Peyton was 26 td 28 int his first year and Thomas and ARod were sitting and watching in theirs. Eli and Brees both struggled early on too. Ben won early because he had a top D and top running game but his numbers weren't setting the world on fire. You won't see too many QB's flourish as a young buck when being asked to carry as much of the load that Cam is. If he doesn't believe he's elite how is he ever gonna actually get there?

Exactly. I was sayin this shyyt last night watchin the game. That read option wasn't workin on a defense like the Giants. JPP and tuck were all over that shhyt. Cam does havea high celing, but let's keep it real y'all, Cam be byytchin and cryin sometimes. Dude has to cut that shhyt out! I was actually rootin for Carolina to pull off the upset too

Cam gonna be aight with time and maturity. But i didn't like his press conference last night because he kept saying we when as the QB u should say its ME who needs to step up and play better. It's a leadership thing and u are the one who threw three picks last night. But i know after seeing him the first half last year that he is going to be a great one. No way the shyt he was doing was a fluke kind of thing. He struggled a little at the end and is struggling somewhat now but guaranteed by the middle of the season he's gonna pick it up and show everybody why he was worthy of the praise last year.

That's my only problem with cam is attitude cause talented but what happens if the team keeps struggling does he pout and act like a kid or man up and lead

Yeah his attitude is he needs to grow up especially how the media will find a way to hate on a black qb . He got the realized this this team may not be any good right now and when the inevitable coaching changes happen in say 2 years he needs to have shown growth and become a leader in hard times . To be real he has to win at some point or he will be done with his attitude

when he was putting up empty stats last year it was "Cam the GAWD... I'd take Cam over any QB to build a franchise around; he's on the verge of being a top 5 QB and is gonna win mad Super Bowls" and now it's "well, he'll be okay, it's only his 2nd season" smh

I'm not gonna say much right now as it's still early (and I'll be branded as a hater, as I was when he was coming out of college), but it's obvious he has plenty of work to do.

And y'all want them to take away the Read Option? Um, (and at the risk of being called a hater again) that's basically the key to his success. He's not the most accurate passer, and doesn't make the best of decisions. The threat of him (and Williams & Stewart) running is what opens up the passing game for him.

If you take away the Read, then passing is gonna be more difficult for him, as he'll actually have to make good decisions on a consistent basis.
