Honestly how many guys would you pick over him to be your qb for the next 15 years?
He may well win mutiple SBs. Nothing that has happened in the last 21 days will prevent that from happening.
Did nikkas go overboard with it? Yes. Does that mean that Cam has done something wrong? No. nikkas need to stop allowing hype or their own expectations to taint their view of a player. No matter what anybody says Cam is a young guy going through growing pains that pretty much every young QB goes through. Brady, Rodgers, the Mannings, Brees have all had their share of struggles to start this young season and I don't see the superlative police attacking them. At least let the season play out. Otherwise you are no better than the nikkas who were so quick to crown him last season after a couple games.

I said "from what I see." I've never heard him speak in 3rd person. And who cares? That's the lamest critique a person can make.
All I've heard him say is how he needs to improve. That's humility to me.
Also I didn't see last night's press conference so
Cam has the potential to be one of the GOATs, I sincerely believe that. I'm going to give him a few more years to mature before I let go of that belief. If his mental ever catches up with his physical, the rest of the league is in trouble.

Exactly, 4700 total yards and 35 tds as a rookie is incredible. I hate when people omit rush yds and tds. I will admit, the league has seemed to have adjusted to him, but it's on him mainly and partly on his coaching staff to readjust. That's usually why there is a bit of a sophomore slump. Hopefully it only lasts a few games and not the whole season for Carolina's sake.

I don't see this. Steve is a vet who is trying to drop some jewels on his young QB. He has super bowl experience and knows you don't get better by sitting on the bench moping. He could be taking mental reps as he said in the article or going over the printed slides like you see other vet QBs doing while the defense is on the field. Steve knows his own window is closing and I'm sure he is trying to tell Cam not to waste his early years because when it's over, it's over......
