I’ll definitely say that in recent years, you have some of the yungins (teens to early 20s) jacking a couple of slang words from Chicago tho (goofy, on god, and sometimes opps) but that’s to be expected when certain slang become heavily mainstream like hella, no cap, simp, thot, etc.

Same thing with the Original Mumbo Sauce. I mean it’s still good and one of the GOAT staples of DMV Culture but compared to the shyt I had back in the 90’s up til 2006, a lot of mumbo sauce nowadays in the carryouts are mid in comparison.

We got it. First time i tried it was a takeout spot in Bed-Stuy. When i moved to the Bx, they had it in the spots out here. Just gotta ask
