The only song I have ever heard anyone bumping in public from TBAB is Ain't Gotta Lie To Kick It from some dude playing ball at the gym that was playing his iPhone through a speaker.

Literally have never heard it coming from a car, or in a club, or at a bar, or anywhere else in public except for that one time.

c00ndrick fans like...

would we be saying the same thing about j.cole if Kendrick drop first I feel like cole drop at the perfect time when the mike brown shyt happen and people cant take leadership from 2 people and honestly I feel like that vibe magazine shyt killed Kendrick momentum and also j.cole already released a pro black album and I feel people was so confused and rode with who came first just my logic though :youngsabo:

No he didn't flop. fukk kinda question is this?

On TheColi If your album doesn't go plat, you're not being played in the club or radio regularly or you don't see threads about his album more its a flop

I mean your album gets millions of streams in 24 hours, sells over 300k first week and is one of the most critically acclaimed albums in Music but its a flop :troll:

kendrick need some club bangers, he aint making music for the ladies like that

I do think the content of the album was fishy, I suspect internet companies are blackballing "album" making artists as there is more money to be made in singles nowadays due to download content

If it was so great, why is no one listening to it? Why can't I find one song on there to keep in my summer playlist? No song on radio? No song in the club (King Kunta was supposed to be the big hit)? Album ain't going platinum in the US maybe worldwide, but America spat that shyt out. How you have 8 Million streams of your album in the first 24 hours and you can't sell a million copies? That's what you call a great album? The reaction to this album compared to GKMC is like night a day. People were talking about GKMC for like 1-2 years after it dropped.

Break spotify records only to have coli posters say no one is listening to your Album brehs.

Album was dope.. You younger fans are worst than us but I can't act like we don't trash It Was Written when it first dropped. It's like the critics swore it was bad and people just agreed but when you listen it really rivals Illmatic.

LET THAT BE YOUR LESSON

enjoy the music brehs.. The worst part about to TPAB was the hype and the greatest album ever reviews. When you listen it's a drope project. Easily an 8/10

I still think Drake & Lupe's albums are slightly better

It's only forced when y'all don't like the artist in question :mjpls:
He's been on this shyt since section.80 :camby:
It's so obvious whose been listening to this guy and who hasn't :wow:

:patrice:What record did he break exactly? 8 million fans of s80 and GKMC listening to you new album in 24hrs.
:whoo:wow.
Then only 500k of those fans turn up to ACTUALLY BUY the album.:scust:
You telling me only 500k people like Kendrick breh???:what:
:heh:I loved s80 and GKMC but couldn't stand his new shyt.

Blacker the berry made us all think we were getting some west coast riding shyt for the summer and we ended up getting a mess of a project. I still like him as an artist, but he needs to not follow Kanye's route so hard. At least Ye gave us 3 albums before 808s though.

:mjlol: Look at the Coli y'all. Kendrick attempts to give them everything they should be looking for and they shyt on him anyway.

You can say he tried and failed to deliver a "pro-black" message to the public, but at least he tried. Be a progressive, fresh voice in Hip Hop brehs.
