goons in the cut tryna talk you out yo necklace

See the thing is, they are starting to pick up as far as business in gyms because of the holidays and the coming New Year. The next 5 months for gyms are the busiest, so they don't have to waive anything for you because the next guy will gladly pay the $25 dollars. Couple that with the fact they only get so many chances to waive the enrollment without hearing some shyt about it, (trust, I worked at a gym for a decade, i'd save my waived enrollments for chicks i wanted to see in that gym in spandex that needed a "trainer but couldn't afford one":jawalrus:) and you see why they let you walk. Now had you tried that in August, you'd have a membership card in your hand.

my gym membership a month is like $125 :merchant:
Nah man, thats way too much money on a gym membership. Where do you live and what kind of services are they providing? That thing better have a NICE indoor swimming pool, sauna, indoor basketball courts, race track, tons of treadmills, elliptical machines, free weights, a wall to climb on, all top of the line leg machines, bunch of squat machines...everything.

For $125 a month you might as well just buy a treadmill or elliptical machine for your home. Buy some dumbbells either at a place like walmart, modells, or shyt even craigslist where people want to let their stuff go. Maybe even a boxing bag as well if you are into that.

You can buy damn near a whole gym for about $800 if you look hard enough. It doesn't take much to get everything going...I just never did it due to the fact that I know I am on my way out of here.

There is nothing wrong with being cheap because I wouldn't want to pay the fee either lol But if you want to work out there it's really not a big deal.

I pay 99 dollars for three months....is that a good deal?

Is $33 a month worth your gym to you? It's $396 a year. If you could get them to sell you a year for $300 (just have the money upfront) you could make it a deal.

I think any gym less than $50 a month isn't bad. Especially if it's close and has the equipment and hours you like.

Enrollment fees CAN work if it locks you into a solid plan. You just gotta do the math.

Mine was about $280 to lock in $19.99 - no contract. This was the equivalent of paying 39.99 for 1 year.

Been 2 years since and I'm still paying 19.99 and most people I've talked to at the gym are signing up at 29.99-44.99 also with enrollment fees or contracts, so it definitely worked for me.
