...and I fear it's going to get in the way of my progress. I've started P90x an after week 3, I noticed that about every 2 -3 hours I get hungry or feel the need to eat something. Sometimes the stomach rumblings occur a few hours even after a big meal.
I try to make sure that my meals consist of vegetables and high protein items, chicken & beef, but lately it's been whatever keeps me full. Its a bit unsettling because I want to lose weight and its just a different lifestyle change for me to have to eat so much.
I will say that I have seen gains though in muscle mass and I am getting more muscular. Any advice?
