stop it breh, your "research" had you making a thread justifying that both things were the same, now the same "research" has you trying to focus the discussion on buzzwords like "summits" and donations, with no kind of context, so we finna take your dap/rep fishing agent like thread as truth that Honorable Min. Farrakhan is promoting Scientology ?
All it takes is a simple innanet search to see the motivations by the Honorable Min. Farrakhan to push to get NOI members certified in auditing training and to see the various out reach efforts by Scientology to recruit Black folks, whether participating in Ferguson marches, removing initial costs for auditing training to NOI members, and opening centers in mostly Black areas throughout the nation
You don't have beef, respect or knowledge about NOI or Honorable Min. Farrakhan, thus why you would feel comfortable creating a such a TMZ like sensational agent thread that injects confusion and attempts to undermining NOI and Honorable Min. Farrakhan
Believe whatever you want, breh. But I do want to address a few specific points:
your "research" had you making a thread justifying that both things were the same
I think I argued pretty consistently that Dianetics is the foundation of the CoS, not that they are the same. Nor do they *have* to be the same for my point to stand. I'm not just attacking the CoS, I'm attacking Dianetics too. It's pseudoscience, and it comes from the same conman that Scientology does.
If you can accept the fact that L. Ron Hubbard was a fraud who mixed psychoanalysis, Aleister Crowley's teachings, and Eastern mysticism together in an attempt to self-diagnose his mental issues, why cling to Dianetics at all?
now the same "research" has you trying to focus the discussion on buzzwords like "summits" and donations, with no kind of context, so we finna take your dap/rep fishing agent like thread as truth that Honorable Min. Farrakhan is promoting Scientology ?
I think you misunderstand what I'm saying. I'm not arguing that Farrakhan is saying it's ok to be a Scientologist or that he's advocating for the
organization of the CoS. It's that he's working with them. Him also accepting Dianetics as valid is problematic on it's own. Even if he organized no events with the CoS and didn't accept a dime from them, he's still validating the ideas of a mentally ill science fiction writer with delusions of grandeur.
If my claim is that Farrakhan is *working* with Scientology, and he indeed did meet with them, organized events with them, and accept donations from them, PLEASE tell me in what "context" would he not be *working with Scientology*?
