I did hear something about Eminem growing up somewhere else & not really Detroit & only lived in a trailerpark for a short period. Not too uncommon to hear about celebs so it wouldnt surprise me. Sounds just like the faux "growing up i was homeless" thing they say.
Any info on that tho?
I get that artists are artists & its usually their manager/handler or label dictating who they're supposed to be/look like/ sound like etc, but im just

As for this story? - i dont know. Do i believe its true? Yes. Thats not to say Eminem doesnt love Hip-hop & is talented. The machine, however, definitely has its agendas.
The dude who the TV show "Fresh Off The Boat" is based on was on Hot 97. He mentioned how the higher-ups tried to change references related to hip-hop on the show, like from Outkast & Mobb Deep to Beastie Boys
, cuz according to them "more people know Beastie Boys", aka "white folks in white suburbia".

Doesn't negate the fact that this racist has been allow To operate and profit in a space he's disrespected on multiple occasions. stop it.
