I actually disagree here. Taking that antagonistic approach only leaves you in poverty that haiti is currently experiencing, ultimately because we live in an interconnected world. Haitians also arent the only non-whites to take that model and suffer for it. North Korea comes to mind as do Cubans, Iranians, Venezuelans, zimbabweans, and afghani(s). In 2022, None of these people are a model of excellence, including the hatians.
The hatian model is a pyrhic victory at best, and short sighted at worst. I mean seriously look at all the non-whites currently doing well in the world. Think argentina, singapore, chile, china, Saudi(s), japanese, etc. Each and every single one of them only succeeded because they grew in tandem with cac(s).
Even within a single country you can see the non-antagonistic approach leading to the betterment of the nation's people. For instance, compare the antagonistic, poverty stricken china of chairman Mao's era, to the coexisting and value driven China of Deng Xiaopeng. Only one of these models made the lives of citizens better and even raised the status of the country as a whole.
